Fort Langley Historic Site - Langley BC

Fort Langley National Historic Site

Commonly referred to as “The Birthplace of British Columbia” this historic site is a definite must see. Take a trip into the past as you hear musket fire, pan for gold, chat up some fur traders and pioneers as well as see some demonstrations of blacksmithing and barrel-making.

Derby Reach Regional Park

This site was originally home to the Hudson Bay Company Fort Langley site, and now supports many Great Blue Heron nests. It is a great fishing spot with trails and sights to see along the Fraser River.

Langley Centennial Museum

The Langley Centennial Museum is a great place to visit for demonstrations of historic events, learn about the towns history, and see items from the local artisans.

CN Station Museum

The Station was built for the Canadian Northern Railway in 1915 and in 1983 it was declared at Historic Site and is owned by the Township of Langley but maintained and operated by the Langley Heritage Society. It is a popular place for wedding and graduation photos.
